Role: Senior Google Ads + LSA Specialist for ongoing work on an established residential painter account in Northern Virginia. ENGAGEMENT TYPE: Hourly, ongoing. ~12-15 hours per month after onboarding. Starts with a paid 30-day trial. RATE: $70-95/hour. ABOUT THE ACCOUNT - Residential painter, serving DC / Northern Virginia - Current spend: roughly $4-8K/month, split across Google Search + LSA - Account is structurally healthy: keywords organized properly, geographic targeting tight, no Display Network leak - Looking for a specialist to own ongoing execution SCOPE OF MONTHLY WORK - Weekly Search Terms Report review + negative keyword additions - Bid and budget pacing adjustments - Ad copy A/B testing (responsive search ads) - Quality Score remediation on low-QS keywords - Daily LSA lead disputes - LSA service category and bidding strategy management - Monthly performance review delivered REQUIREMENTS - 5+ years Google Ads experience - Demonstrated hands-on experience with home services or contractor accounts (painter, HVAC, plumber, roofer, etc.) — please cite specific accounts when applying - Hands-on experience managing LSA accounts INCLUDING the dispute process (most agencies have never actually done this) - US-based, Eastern Time availability for same-day responsiveness - Available for a weekly 30-minute sync call - Comfortable working in a shared reporting platform - Time-tracked through Upwork's standard tools, weekly billing via Upwork to client's payment method - No template responses. If you don't reference home services and LSA disputes specifically, you'll be rejected. NICE TO HAVE - Direct familiarity with the DC / Northern Virginia residential market (competitive set, seasonal patterns, local search behavior) - Experience with value-based bidding and offline conversion upload to Google Ads - Experience with attribution beyond cost-per-lead (closed revenue via call tracking, CRM-linked conversions) - Northern Virginia residential market knowledge is valuable TRIAL TERMS - 30-day paid trial at your standard rate, capped at 15 hours - Specific trial deliverables we'll define together - End of month 1: both sides decide whether to continue at ongoing retainer
