Senior Google Ads Manager - Lead Gen for London Design Agency (£100k+/mo Spend)

We are a design agency based in London, growing fast, with the explicit goal of becoming the most recognised and in-demand design agency in the city. We invest heavily in paid acquisition - currently £100k+/month on Google Ads and we are looking for a specialist to own and scale it. Take full ownership of our Google Ads account and turn spend into a predictable pipeline of high-quality leads for our design and branding services. This is a lead-generation account (B2B, considered purchase, leads close offline via sales calls) What you'll do Own strategy and day-to-day management across Search, Performance Max, and (where it earns its place) Demand Gen / YouTube. Drive down cost-per-qualified-lead while scaling volume — we care about lead quality and downstream revenue, not vanity conversions. Build and maintain proper conversion tracking, including offline conversion import (GCLID → CRM) so the account optimises toward leads that actually become clients, not just form fills. Run structured testing on landing pages, ad copy, audiences, and bidding — and report on what's working in plain English. Own keyword strategy to win share of voice on the terms that matter for a London design agency. Give us a weekly read on spend, pipeline contribution, and what you're changing and why. Must-haves (please don't apply without these) Demonstrable experience managing £50k+/month Google Ads budgets - ideally £100k+. Strong B2B / lead-gen / professional-services background (creative, agency, or high-consideration services a big plus). E-commerce-only experience is not what we need. Hands-on with offline conversion tracking and GA4, not just on-platform metrics. Comfortable owning the account independently and reporting to non-specialists. References from past clients we can speak to. Nice to have Experience with the London / UK market and GBP accounts. Landing-page / CRO instinct (or a tester you work with). Familiarity with creative-industry buyer behaviour.
