Senior Google Ads & Paid Search Specialist – Landing Page Optimization & Quality Score Expert

We are seeking an experienced Google Ads / Paid Search professional to manage and optimize high-intent search campaigns in a competitive ecommerce environment. This is NOT a basic campaign management role. We are looking for someone who deeply understands the relationship between: Search intent Ad relevance Landing page optimization Quality Score improvement Conversion rate optimization (CRO) Cost-per-click reduction Impression share growth ROAS optimization The ideal candidate understands how to increase visibility while simultaneously lowering CPCs through highly relevant ad structures, keyword intent matching, landing page improvements, and advanced optimization strategies. You should be capable of auditing and improving the entire paid search funnel — not just adjusting bids. Responsibilities Google Ads Management Build, optimize, and scale Google Search campaigns Improve Quality Scores across campaigns Lower CPC while increasing qualified traffic Optimize: Search campaigns Shopping campaigns Performance Max campaigns Brand and non-brand campaigns Dynamic search ads Remarketing campaigns Landing Page & Conversion Optimization Analyze landing pages for: Relevance User intent alignment Speed Conversion flow Trust signals Mobile optimization Recommend improvements that increase: Conversion rate Ad relevance Expected CTR Landing page experience Keyword & Search Intent Optimization Perform advanced keyword research Identify high-converting intent-based keywords Build effective keyword grouping and ad segmentation Improve negative keyword strategies Eliminate wasted spend Ad Copy Optimization Create highly relevant ads aligned to search intent Improve CTR and conversion rate Test multiple ad variations Optimize: Headlines Descriptions Extensions/assets Structured snippets Sitelinks Callouts Analytics & Reporting Analyze: CPC trends Conversion data Impression share Search term reports Auction insights Quality Score components Provide actionable recommendations Identify scaling opportunities Required Experience Applicants MUST have strong experience with: Google Ads Google Merchant Center Google Analytics / GA4 Conversion tracking Landing page optimization Quality Score optimization Ecommerce paid search High-intent search traffic Competitive keyword environments Bonus experience: Shopify WooCommerce Heatmap tools A/B testing CRO tools Feed optimization SEO understanding Microsoft/Bing Ads What We Are Looking For We want someone strategic, analytical, and proactive — not someone who simply “manages campaigns.” You should understand: How landing pages impact Quality Score How ad relevance impacts CPC How to improve visibility without simply increasing bids How to structure campaigns for long-term efficiency How to identify hidden opportunities competitors miss To Apply Please include: Examples of Google Ads accounts you have improved Before/after metrics Industries you have worked in Average monthly ad spend managed Experience improving Quality Scores Examples of lowering CPC while increasing conversions Landing page optimization examples Tools/platforms you use Any certifications Why you believe most Google Ads accounts underperform Please DO NOT apply if your experience is limited to basic campaign setup only.
