Project Overview-We are seeking an elite, senior-level technical writer to draft a highly comprehensive, 25-to-50-page Master Business & Funding Proposal for a major grassroots homelessness initiative based in the San Fernando Valley (Los Angeles, CA). The final document will serve as a high-stakes institutional asset pitched directly to corporate donors, philanthropic foundations, and municipal government entities. Required Document Modules-A detailed structural outline and all internal client metrics will be provided upon hire. The writer will be responsible for synthesizing data and generating narrative copy across the following standard sections: -Executive Summary & Vision Statement -Statement of Need & Demographic Analysis (SFV data mapping) -Program Design & Service Delivery Architecture (Shelter-to-housing pipeline) -Urban Integration & Community Impact Analysis -Organizational Capacity & Multi-Year Budget Narrative -Evaluation Framework & Data-Driven Success Metrics (KPIs) Strict Quality & Compliance Guidelines- Zero Raw AI Generation: While AI may be used for baseline research and data structuring, the final narrative copy must be 100% human-polished, structurally authentic, and free of generic AI phrasing, loops, or cliches. The final asset will be run through commercial-grade enterprise verification software. Local Policy Alignment: The writer must actively align the proposal’s narrative framework with real-world regional initiatives (e.g., LA County Homeless Initiative strategies, LAHSA data frameworks).Academic & Professional Tone: The tone must balance compelling human urgency with rigid, grant-compliant, data-backed professionalism.
