Senior Grant Proposal Writer Needed – Wearable Technology Startup (NSF SBIR, Federal & State Grants) Overview NINEVE LLC is seeking an experienced grant proposal writer to prepare high-quality funding applications for a premium wearable technology company currently progressing through engineering development and commercialization. It should be: * Original and written by the selected writer * Well researched * Technically accurate * Clear and persuasive * Professionally structured * Free of generic AI-generated language * Tailored specifically to each funding opportunity I am looking for a writer who can think strategically, synthesize technical information into compelling narratives, and produce work that reflects the quality expected by competitive federal funding programs. ⸻ Materials Provided The selected writer will receive: * Corporate Development & Commercialization Dossier * Engineering roadmap * Manufacturing timeline * Preliminary engineering budgets * Manufacturer correspondence * Commercialization strategy * Product information * Patent and intellectual property information (where appropriate) * Additional technical documentation as it becomes available ⸻ To Apply Please include: 1. A brief introduction. 2. Your experience with NSF SBIR or comparable grant programs. 3. Your funding success history. 4. Relevant proposal samples (if available). 5. Your typical process from kickoff to submission. 6. Your estimated timeline for preparing an NSF SBIR Phase I proposal. 7. Your proposed fee structure. I’m looking for a long-term partner who can support multiple funding applications as NINEVE progresses from engineering validation through commercialization.
