Job Title Graphic Designer Needed for University Digital Marketing Creatives Job Post We are looking for a strong graphic designer to support digital marketing creatives for a university client. The client is a university, so the design style needs to feel professional, credible, modern, and aligned with education branding. We already have brand guidelines, but we need a designer who can go beyond simply following templates and bring better visual direction, layout, and creative polish. The work will mainly involve creating social media and digital ad creatives for campaigns. Scope of Work You will help with: * Preparing design mood boards for client approval * Creating digital ad creatives for Meta / Google campaigns * Designing social media graphics * Improving existing creative directions * Working within university brand guidelines * Producing clean, polished, non-template-looking designs * Revising designs based on client feedback First Task The first task will be to prepare 3 different mood board directions for the university client. Each mood board should show a different possible creative direction, for example: 1. Professional / premium / corporate 2. Youthful / student-focused / vibrant 3. Modern / campaign-driven / conversion-focused Once the client approves one direction, we will proceed with actual campaign creatives based on that selected direction. Requirements Please apply only if you: * Have strong graphic design skills * Understand branding and visual direction * Can design for education, university, or corporate clients * Can create polished digital ad creatives * Are able to work with brand guidelines without making the design feel boring * Can explain your design thinking clearly * Are responsive and able to handle revisions professionally Experience with university, education, corporate, or premium brand design is a strong advantage. Deliverables For the first stage: * 3 mood board directions * Each direction should include sample layout style, colour treatment, typography direction, image style, and overall creative feel * Mood boards can be prepared in Figma, Canva, PDF, or Google Slides After that, if the direction is approved: * Ongoing digital ad creatives and social media designs To Apply Please send: 1. Preferred Style We are not looking for generic template-based designs. We need someone who can create designs that feel thoughtful, structured, polished, and suitable for a university brand. The goal is to help us establish a clear design direction first, then continue with campaign creatives after that.
