About Us We're Pulse Digital Health, a UK-based digital agency working exclusively with private healthcare clients — clinics, consultants, and specialist practices. We design and build websites that help healthcare providers grow, and we hold our work to a high creative standard. The Role We're looking for a senior designer to lead our design function and elevate the quality of our website projects. You'll work alongside our full-time junior designer, providing direction, mentorship, and hands-on design leadership. This is a role for someone who takes real initiative — you'll own design concepts from first ideas through to client presentation and market launch, making confident decisions on colour, layout, typography, and overall creative direction. What You'll Do Lead the design of websites for our healthcare clients, from concept to launch Develop polished, presentation-ready design concepts Mentor and guide our junior designer, setting the standard for the design department Collaborate closely with our wider team (account, SEO, content, and development) What We're Looking For Senior-level web design experience with a strong, original portfolio A background working in a digital agency environment Genuine creativity — we are not looking for template-based or basic designs Confidence to take ownership and run with projects independently Healthcare or medical sector experience is a strong plus Commitment 2–3 days per week, with the potential to grow as the agency grows.
