Senior Graphic & Web Designer (Marketing-Focused | Ongoing Work)

We're looking for an experienced graphic/web designer who can jump in when needed and deliver high-quality work with a quick turnaround. We manage a portfolio of 10 websites, primarily in the tourism and travel industry. While we already have designers we work with, we're looking to add another talented designer who can bring a fresh perspective, refine existing designs, and occasionally create new ones from scratch. This role is not about relying on AI to generate designs. We're looking for someone with a strong foundation in graphic design, visual communication, typography, layout, and user experience. The ideal designer understands that great design isn't about adding more—it’s about communicating more effectively. You know how to combine typography, imagery, whitespace, color, and visual hierarchy so that every design reinforces the message rather than distracting from it. Typical projects may include: Landing pages and website sections Marketing graphics Website improvements and redesigns Promotional pages Visual assets for tourism brands We're looking for someone who: Has advanced graphic design skills and a strong portfolio. Can improve and build upon existing designs, not just create new ones. Understands marketing, conversion, and visual storytelling. Has excellent typography and layout skills. Can work efficiently and meet deadlines. Is comfortable collaborating with an existing team and receiving feedback.
