We’re looking for an experienced headhunter / executive recruiter to help us find exceptional candidates for senior and leadership roles. You should have: - Proven experience recruiting senior-level talent - Strong headhunting and LinkedIn sourcing skills - Experience approaching and engaging passive candidates - Excellent screening and communication skills - Experience recruiting in the US market - Amazon / eCommerce experience is a major bonus We value quality over quantity. We’re not looking for someone to send us dozens of CVs. We want someone who can understand the role, actively hunt for top talent, and deliver a strong shortlist.
