We are looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM & Revenue Operations Developer to optimize and maintain our HubSpot environment. This is not a website development role—we need someone who understands CRM architecture, reporting, automation, and native integrations to ensure our marketing and sales data is accurate, scalable, and actionable. Our HubSpot environment is already implemented. We are looking for an expert who can audit our current setup, identify opportunities for improvement, optimize configurations, and ensure leadership can trust the reporting coming out of HubSpot. This is an ongoing contract opportunity with an initial focus on optimization, followed by ongoing support as needed. Responsibilities HubSpot Administration & CRM Configuration Audit and optimize our existing HubSpot portal Configure and improve Sales Hub and Marketing Hub Optimize deal pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead statuses, and contact management Configure custom properties, calculated properties, and object associations Review user permissions, teams, and CRM architecture Recommend best practices to improve scalability and reporting accuracy Revenue Operations & Reporting Improve pipeline reporting accuracy Ensure marketing attribution is configured correctly Build executive dashboards and KPI reporting Create reports leadership can confidently use for decision making Configure forecasting and sales reporting Identify and resolve reporting inconsistencies Improve campaign attribution and lead source reporting Automation Build and optimize HubSpot workflows Improve lead routing and assignment Automate lifecycle stage progression Configure task creation and internal notifications Eliminate unnecessary manual processes through automation Recommend additional workflow improvements Native Integrations Our integrations are already in place but require ongoing optimization and occasional troubleshooting. Responsibilities include: Google Ads integration LinkedIn Ads integration Leadpages integration Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Search Console HubSpot Forms Native HubSpot marketing and sales integrations You'll be responsible for: Auditing integrations Troubleshooting synchronization issues Validating field mappings Confirming conversion tracking Improving attribution accuracy Optimizing data flow between platforms We strongly prefer native HubSpot integrations and are not looking for middleware-based automation solutions. CRM Data Quality Identify duplicate records Improve data hygiene Standardize field mappings Ensure proper associations between contacts, companies, and deals Improve CRM organization and long-term maintainability Recommend ongoing data governance best practices Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience Deep understanding of HubSpot CRM architecture Extensive experience with Sales Hub and Marketing Hub Strong reporting and dashboard development skills Experience configuring marketing attribution Advanced knowledge of HubSpot workflows and automation Experience troubleshooting HubSpot integrations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and proactively recommend improvements Preferred Qualifications HubSpot certifications Experience with HubSpot Operations Hub Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Experience with Google Tag Manager Strong understanding of UTM tracking and attribution Experience supporting B2B SaaS organizations Revenue Operations (RevOps) experience Familiarity with HubSpot APIs when native integrations require troubleshooting or customization What Success Looks Like Within the first few months, we'd like this consultant to help us: Improve pipeline reporting accuracy Increase confidence in executive dashboards Improve marketing attribution Optimize CRM architecture Streamline lead routing and automation Resolve integration issues Improve CRM data quality Reduce manual processes Recommend best practices that support long-term scalability Who You Are You don't simply execute tasks—you evaluate systems, identify opportunities, and recommend better ways to build and manage HubSpot. You're comfortable challenging existing processes, explaining why improvements should be made, and implementing scalable solutions that support both marketing and sales. You enjoy solving problems, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring data can be trusted.
