Project Summary We are seeking a senior HubSpot Enterprise RevOps / Solutions Architect to optimize and expand our existing HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise environment supporting a SaaS business model. We are operating in a live production environment and need a strategic, hands-on resource capable of helping us fully leverage HubSpot across: * SaaS Revenue Operations * Quotes / Invoicing / Revenue Workflows * CRM & Pipeline Optimization * Service & Support Operations * Workflow Automation * Executive Dashboards & Forecasting * QuickBooks Online Integration * Post-Sale Project Workflow Design This is not a junior HubSpot administrator role. We are looking for a consultant who understands HubSpot Enterprise architecture, SaaS revenue operations, CRM design, integrations, and business process optimization. Primary Objectives 1. SaaS Revenue Workflows & Revenue Operations (Highest Priority) Design, optimize, and configure workflows supporting our SaaS revenue lifecycle, including: * Quote-to-close workflows * Revenue visibility and operational reporting * MRR / ARR alignment and reporting considerations * Sales forecasting optimization * Renewal and expansion workflow design * Customer lifecycle management * Revenue process automation * Sales-to-finance operational alignment Consultant should recommend best practices for maximizing native HubSpot capabilities and advise where integrations or alternate architecture are appropriate. 2. QuickBooks Online Integration (High Priority) Lead optimization of HubSpot ↔ QuickBooks Online integration, including: * Customer/company synchronization * Products/services mapping * Invoice and revenue workflow alignment * Sales-to-finance data consistency * Automation opportunities * Reporting and reconciliation visibility * Integration best practices 3. Sales CRM & Pipeline Optimization Assess and improve our current HubSpot environment, including: * Pipeline architecture * Deal stages * Lifecycle stages * Custom properties * CRM data model * Data quality / governance * Forecasting readiness * SaaS customer journey alignment 4. Service & Support Operations Configure or optimize customer support capabilities, including: * Ticketing workflows * Service processes * Cross-functional visibility * Customer issue management * Customer lifecycle support alignment 5. Workflow Automation Design scalable automation across: * Sales workflows * Revenue workflows * Customer lifecycle workflows * Internal alerts and task routing * Team handoffs * Closed-won operational processes 6. Post-Sale Project Workflow / Asana Evaluation Evaluate and potentially implement post-sale project workflows. Potential scope includes: * Automatic project creation following closed-won deals * Sales-to-delivery handoff processes * Task and implementation tracking * HubSpot ↔ Asana integration recommendations and setup (if appropriate) 7. Executive Reporting & Dashboards Design dashboards and reporting supporting: * Revenue visibility * Forecasting * Pipeline health * SaaS operational KPIs * Invoice tracking * Leadership reporting Environment * HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise * Existing live environment * SaaS company * Approximately 15 HubSpot users * QuickBooks Online * Potential Asana integration Ideal Candidate Profile Required: * Advanced HubSpot Enterprise experience * Proven SaaS RevOps / Revenue Operations background * HubSpot CRM architecture expertise * Workflow automation expertise * QuickBooks Online integration experience * Forecasting and dashboard design experience * Experience optimizing live production environments Strongly Preferred: * Subscription / recurring revenue process expertise * MRR / ARR reporting familiarity * Customer lifecycle and renewal workflows * Service Hub experience * Asana integrations * API / middleware / systems integration knowledge Engagement Model Preferred: Hybrid strategic advisor + hands-on implementation resource We are seeking a partner who can: * Assess current environment * Recommend architecture and process improvements * Configure and implement solutions * Advise on integrations and workflow design * Help maximize enterprise platform value Potential for ongoing advisory or optimization work following the initial engagement. Budget Target range: $90–$175/hour, depending on depth of HubSpot Enterprise, SaaS RevOps, and integration expertise. Proposal Requirements Please provide: 1. Relevant HubSpot Enterprise projects completed. 2. SaaS RevOps or subscription-revenue experience. 3. QuickBooks Online integration examples. 4. Revenue, forecasting, or automation projects completed. 5. Examples of optimizing existing live HubSpot environments. 6. Any HubSpot-to-Asana or post-sale workflow experience.
