Summary

We’re looking for a senior HubSpot expert to set up and operationalize our new HubSpot account (SalesHub, Marketing Hub + Content Hub). This person will own configuration, best-practice setup, and ongoing optimization—while ensuring clean data flow and organization between HubSpot and our Pipedrive CRM. Key responsibilities * Configure HubSpot SalesHub, Marketing Hub + Content Hub (properties, lists, forms, tracking, permissions, domain/email setup) * Design and build lifecycle email marketing + nurture campaigns (segmentation, templates, workflows) * Set up lead scoring, automation, and reporting dashboards (attribution, funnel metrics, campaign performance) * Ensure data hygiene and consistent lifecycle stages between HubSpot and Pipedrive * Advise on integration approach and ongoing operational processes (naming conventions, governance, documentation) Migrate our sales team from Pipedrive to SalesHub before end of Q3 Requirements * Proven HubSpot experience (SalesHub, Marketing Hub + Content Hub) * Strong Pipedrive CRM experience and data organization discipline * Hands-on workflow automation + lead scoring + reporting expertise * Ability to document setup and hand off cleanly to our team
