Senior Instructional Designer | Mental Health Continuing Education (Long-Term Partnership)

Work directly with our subject matter expert (Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor and trainer) to convert outlines, presentations, books, and recorded trainings into engaging online learning experiences. Responsibilities include: Design interactive online CE courses for mental health professionals Develop adult-learning experiences rather than lecture-style presentations Create learner activities, reflection exercises, case studies, and knowledge checks Organize course flow for maximum engagement and retention Design professional workbooks and downloadable resources Develop quizzes and final assessments aligned with learning objectives Recommend ways to increase learner completion and satisfaction Help create a consistent instructional design style across all future courses Ideal Experience We're looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following: Instructional Design Adult Learning Theory eLearning Development Continuing Education Behavioral Health Psychology Counseling Social Work Healthcare Education Experience designing courses for licensed professionals is highly preferred. Preferred Skills Experience using platforms such as: Thinkific Articulate Rise Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate Canva Camtasia LearnDash Moodle Other modern LMS platforms Knowledge of accessibility standards is a plus.
