Senior Interior Architect / CAD Technician for Duplex Apartment-Plans, Elevations & Joinery Drawings

Project Overview We are an interior design studio based in Malta seeking an experienced Interior Architect or CAD Technician to assist with the development of a comprehensive technical drawing package for a luxury duplex apartment currently under design. The project is a high-end contemporary residence spanning two levels, with a strong focus on bespoke joinery, carefully considered spatial planning, architectural detailing and a refined material palette. The design direction has already been established, and layouts, concept presentations, mood boards and visual references will be provided. We are looking for someone who can translate the approved design intent into a coordinated and professional drawing package suitable for pricing, coordination and implementation. Scope of Work The scope is expected to include the preparation and development of: * General Arrangement (GA) Plans * Demolition & Construction Plans * Furniture Layouts (done but needs tidying) * Floor Finishes Plans * Reflected Ceiling Plans * Lighting Plans * Electrical Plans * Interior Elevations inc kitchen & bathrooms * Bespoke Joinery Detail Drawings * General Drawing Coordination Please note that some decorative lighting selections and finish specifications are still being finalised. The successful candidate will therefore be expected to work with indicative specifications and update drawings as selections are confirmed. Programme & Availability This is an urgent project with a target completion period of approximately two weeks from appointment. Applicants must be able to dedicate sufficient time to the project during this period and be available for regular reviews, markups and coordination meetings. Our studio operates in the Central European Time Zone (CET / CEST), and we are looking for someone who can overlap with our working hours for effective communication and collaboration.
