We're looking for a Senior Interior Design Consultant who shares this mindset someone who enjoys questioning assumptions, exploring new ideas, and helping us push every project to a higher level. Our work includes hospitality, residential, executive workplaces, government offices, cultural projects, and commercial developments. We value curiosity over ego. The Role This is not a production drafting role. We're looking for someone who enjoys contributing at the concept and creative direction level. You will collaborate closely with our architectural team to develop and refine interior concepts, challenge ideas, and help shape projects from the earliest stages of design. Depending on the project, your involvement may include: • Interior concept development • Space planning • Material and finish selection • FF&E selection and specification • Custom furniture and millwork concepts • Lighting concepts • Mood boards and presentation boards • Reviewing and improving existing interior designs • Providing creative feedback throughout the design process • Participating in design discussions with our team and, where appropriate, with clients We're not looking for someone to decorate spaces we're looking for someone who helps us rethink them. What We're Looking For we're looking for someone who naturally asks questions like: • Is there a better way to experience this space? • Can this detail become something more unique? • How can materials work together more thoughtfully? • Can we rethink the way this function is organized? • How can we create interiors that feel timeless rather than trend-driven? Project Types Our projects include: • Boutique hotels & hospitality • Residential villas & apartments • Executive workplaces & offices • Government office projects • Restaurants & cafés • Cultural & public buildings Preferred Experience We're looking for someone with experience in: • Interior Architecture • Hospitality Design • Residential Design • Workplace Design • FF&E Design • Material & Finish Selection • Space Planning • Custom Joinery & Millwork • Lighting Concepts Experience with SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software is welcomed, but we value design thinking, creativity, and communication above any specific software. Portfolio Please share projects that demonstrate your ability to think beyond standard solutions. We're especially interested in seeing: • Concept development • Material palettes • Custom detailing • FF&E selections • Workplace interiors • Hospitality projects • Residential projects • Built work (preferred) We're much more interested in understanding how you think than simply seeing polished renderings. How We Work We believe the best projects come from collaboration. You will work alongside our architects and interior team, contributing your expertise at key stages of the design process. This is initially a project-based collaboration, but our goal is to build long-term relationships with designers who align with our studio's vision and values. Selection Process We believe a portfolio only tells part of the story. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a paid design exercise based on one of our real projects. The objective isn't to produce a finished design, but to demonstrate: • Your design thinking • Your problem-solving approach • Your attention to detail • How you communicate your ideas • How you challenge and improve an existing design The scope of the exercise will be proportional to your proposed hourly rate, allowing us to fairly evaluate both your process and the value you bring.
