Senior Interior Designer / Creative Director — Luxury Hospitality

We are building a luxury hospitality brand. Our properties are designed to sit alongside names like Aman, Capella, and Casa Cipriani — not in scale yet, but absolutely in standard, taste, and intention. We are looking for a senior interior designer to serve as our Creative Director. You will own the design direction across our properties and produce the visual assets we use to present, market, and sell the experience to guests and investors. Responsibilities: • Set and maintain the interior design direction across multiple luxury properties • Produce high-quality 3D renderings and presentation materials for marketing and investor use • Manage FF&E selection and sourcing across properties • Travel to the US periodically for site visits and creative reviews (travel covered) What we are looking for: • A portfolio that speaks for itself — high-end hospitality or luxury residential work • 8+ years of experience, with hospitality or resort design in the mix • The ability to design and present a vision, not just render it • Proficiency in SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or equivalent • Strong English and reliable remote communication Budget: $10–35/hr depending on experience. The contract starts month-to-month with the intention of a long-term engagement.
