Senior Laravel Developer for Portal Systems

We’re hiring a Senior Laravel Developer to own the architecture and development of our internal portal, which includes a structured onboarding workflow, a portal interface with backend data access, and a messaging/task system that reflects our internal work and updates clients on progress. This is a deterministic, workflow‑driven system — not a CRUD app — and requires someone who can build predictable logic, clean components, and reliable background jobs. Responsibilities ------------------ Onboarding Workflows — Build multi‑step, state‑driven onboarding flows Portal Interface — Develop Livewire/Vue components, dashboards, logs, file uploads, and backend data views Backend Support Access — Integrate with our internal services (including Ali) to pull and display operational data Messaging & Task Jobs — Implement internal task queues, client‑facing status updates, and automated notifications Background Processing — Jobs, queues, retries, idempotency, cron Data Imports/Exports — CSV/Excel pipelines with validation and error reporting GCP‑Based Deployment — Comfortable working within a Google Cloud environment (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, etc.) Code Quality — Clean structure, small commits, predictable behavior Required Skills ------------------ 5+ years Laravel (9/10/11) Livewire Queues, jobs, events, cron Strong MySQL (indexes, schema design, migrations) Experience integrating with internal APIs/services Workflow/state‑machine thinking Strong debugging + edge‑case handling Comfortable deploying to Google Cloud environments Clear communication + independent execution Nice to Have --------------- Experience with workflow‑driven systems Experience with internal service integrations CSV/Excel mapping logic Familiarity with queue‑driven messaging systems Experience building client‑facing status dashboards Success Looks Like ------------------------ Daily visible progress Small, logical task breakdowns Clean, predictable code Zero workflow drift Defensive coding + edge‑case awareness Clear communication and ownership
