Senior UX Lead / Product Designer for AI Web App MVP

This is not a visual design only role. We’re looking for a senior UX Lead / Product Designer to take an early stage AI web application from user discovery through validated product design. You will lead conversations with real end users, understand how they currently work, identify key decision points and pain points and help define what the first MVP should solve before moving into detailed UI design. Responsibilities include: • Leading user interviews and discovery sessions • Mapping workflows, decision points and pain points • Challenging assumptions and identifying product opportunities • Defining and prioritizing the MVP • User flows and information architecture • Low fidelity wireframes • High fidelity Figma design • Clickable prototypes • Usability validation and iteration • AI recommendation, ranking and explainability UX • Search, filtering and data heavy workflows • Loading, empty, error and edge case states Strong experience with Figma, UX research, product discovery, B2B SaaS, internal tools or workflow based applications is preferred. Experience with AI or LLM based products is a strong plus. We need someone who can determine what the product should solve, not simply turn requirements into polished screens.
