Compensation is engagement-based and may include: * Billable consulting revenue * Fixed-fee project compensation * Business origination incentives * Leadership opportunities on multidisciplinary engagements * Long-term participation in recurring client relationships There are no mandatory schedules, geographic restrictions, or exclusive employment requirements.
