Senior MVP Engineer - Supabase, Retool, Python, LLM Workflows

Overview I’m building an early-stage software product and need a senior hands-on engineer to help move the MVP faster. This is a practical execution role. I’m looking for someone who can take an existing technical direction and help turn it into a working, testable product workflow. The work involves backend/product engineering, database modeling, internal tools, LLM-assisted workflows, API integrations, and human review/approval flows. This is not a role for someone who wants to redesign the entire architecture. I need someone who can ship focused MVP slices quickly and safely. Current Stack The MVP stack is intentionally lightweight: - Supabase / Postgres - Retool - Python - LLM API integration - Third-party API integrations The goal is to prove the product workflow with the least operational complexity possible. What You’ll Work On Initial work may include: - Reviewing the existing repo and identifying what is usable - Supabase schema and migration work - Python backend/workflow implementation - Retool internal tool improvements - LLM API integration and output handling - Human review and approval workflows - Third-party API integration payloads - Test coverage and regression checks - Clean, reviewable pull requests The work will be scoped in small, concrete milestones. I do not want a broad rewrite.
