Senior Make.com / n8n Automation Engineer (AI + ERP Integrations | Logistics Workflows)

We are building a high-end AI automation consultancy focused on logistics and transportation companies (50–500 employees). We are looking for a senior automation engineer to act as a long-term white-label implementation partner. Your role will be to design and build production-grade automation workflows using Make.com (or n8n) combined with AI APIs. Core use cases: Automated RFQ (Request for Quote) processing from email → data extraction → response generation → CRM logging Invoice processing automation (PDF / OCR → data extraction → ERP validation → posting) API integrations with ERP / TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, custom logistics systems) Webhook-based workflow orchestration Required skills: Advanced Make.com or n8n experience OpenAI API or Claude API experience in production environments Strong experience with REST APIs and webhooks Experience with document parsing / OCR workflows Ability to build reliable, production-ready automations (not prototypes) Nice to have: Experience with logistics, freight, supply chain systems ERP integrations (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.) Working model: Project-based white-label collaboration Internal-facing role: You will act as our Lead Developer. Client communication is managed by our agency team, allowing you to focus 100% on building high-quality, robust automation workflows.
