Senior Marketing Account Manager for Growing Senior Living Agency Offer

We are an established marketing agency with a strong track record across multiple industries, and we are now growing a dedicated offer for senior living facilities. We already have five senior living clients sold and active, and we are looking for a strong Account Manager / Client Success Manager to help lead delivery, protect the client experience, and help us build the operating system needed to scale this offer. This is not a basic admin or task-follow-up role. We are looking for someone who can become the client-facing lead for accounts that include a mix of SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, AEO, Meta ads, and website work. You do not need to personally execute every technical task, but you do need to understand digital marketing well enough to lead client conversations, coordinate specialists, review progress, spot issues, and explain what is happening in a way that gives clients confidence. What You’ll Be Doing You will be responsible for helping senior living clients move through onboarding, launch, implementation, reporting, and ongoing optimization. You will be the main person making sure clients feel clear, supported, and confident in the work being done. Your responsibilities will include: Client Communication Lead client updates, organize next steps, respond clearly, and make sure clients always know what is happening. Onboarding Help onboard new senior living clients, collect needed access, review goals, and coordinate the internal launch plan. Delivery Coordination Work with SEO, GBP, ads, website, and content team members to keep deliverables moving. Reporting Help prepare and present clear monthly updates that explain wins, constraints, and next steps. Quality Control Review client accounts for gaps, delays, unclear communication, or possible risks. Process Building Help us turn what works into SOPs, checklists, templates, and repeatable workflows as the offer scales. The Right Fit You may be a good fit if you have experience as an agency Account Manager, Client Success Manager, Project Manager, Marketing Strategist, or Delivery Lead. We are looking for someone who is: Client-facing and polished You can communicate with business owners or operators in a calm, confident, professional way. Marketing fluent You understand the basics of SEO, local SEO, Google Business Profile, paid social, websites, and reporting. Proactive You do not wait to be told what to do. You notice problems and bring solutions. Organized You can keep projects, clients, deadlines, and internal team members moving. Coachable You can take feedback, improve quickly, and work within our process. Strategic You can connect marketing activity to the client’s real business goals. Systems-minded You like building better processes, not just completing one-off tasks. Nice to Have Experience with senior living, healthcare, local service businesses, franchise businesses, or multi-location marketing is helpful, but not required. Experience with tools like GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Asana, Slack, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or WordPress is also helpful. What Success Looks Like In the first 30 to 60 days, success looks like learning our offer, understanding our current senior living clients, helping improve our onboarding and reporting process, and beginning to own client communication with strong oversight. Over time, success means you can independently manage client relationships, coordinate delivery across the team, spot risks early, and help us scale the senior living offer without losing quality.
