Senior Marketing Data Analyst / Data Engineer for a Law Firm (Lawmatics Required)
Worldwide
We are a personal injury and criminal law firm looking for a senior data professional who can bring order and clarity to our marketing and intake data. Our goal is straightforward to state and hard to execute: we want to trace every dollar from the moment it is spent on advertising all the way to the cost of each signed client. Right now that full picture is not clean, and we need someone who can build it properly. A few things make this more involved than a standard setup. We operate two distinct businesses under one firm. One serves a Spanish-speaking audience and the other serves an English-speaking audience. Each has its own website and its own domain, and each runs on a separate Google Ads account. We currently work from a single CallRail account, largely because Lawmatics integrates cleanly with only one CallRail account at a time. That single-account limitation makes it difficult to separate and attribute calls correctly across two Google Ads accounts, and solving that cleanly is a central part of this role. We need someone who can look at all of this, identify how to aggregate every data point, and design a structure that gives us a clear and reliable view across the board. That means connecting ad spend, web behavior, call tracking, and intake so we can follow the path from campaign to lead to signed client, and understand our true cost per signed client for each brand. You must have direct, hands-on experience with: Lawmatics (this is critical and non-negotiable) Google Analytics (GA4) Google Tag Manager CallRail Google Ads The following would be strong advantages: Google Cloud, in case we decide to consolidate all of our data into a single warehouse Looker Studio, to build custom dashboards that bring every data point into one location Prior experience working with personal injury or criminal law firms Beyond the tools, we are looking for a genuine problem solver. Much of this work is figuring out how to set things up correctly so the data stays clean at every stage. You should be highly detail-oriented and disciplined about naming conventions. We want the same campaign named the same way across every platform and every data point, so any campaign can be traced from the ad account all the way to a signed client without guesswork. This is a senior role. We are looking for someone with at least eight to ten years of relevant experience who has solved setups like this before. The work moves quickly and this is urgent for us, so please apply only if you have real availability and can move at pace. If this sounds like you, tell us briefly about a similar setup you have untangled, the tools you used, and how you approached attribution and naming across multiple accounts.
