Summary

Senior Marketing and Growth Lead – U.S. Law Firm Full-Time | 100% Work From Home Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time U.S. Market Experience Required ABOUT THE POSITION We are a U.S.-based consulting company seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Marketing and Growth Lead to work full-time supporting one of our U.S. law firm clients. This is not a social media posting position. This is not an entry-level marketing position. We already have team members capable of executing with direction. We are looking for someone who can provide that direction, take ownership, and execute independently. The right person has already built campaigns, developed professional content, managed video strategy, analyzed marketing performance, and produced measurable results in the U.S. market. Experience working with U.S. law firms, particularly immigration law firms, is strongly preferred. THE ROLE You will essentially become the remote owner of the law firm's marketing production and growth strategy. Because this is a remote position, you will work closely with a designated team member physically located at the law firm. You will determine what needs to be recorded and produced. The in-office team will help capture the physical material. You will turn that raw material into professional marketing campaigns and finished content. THE WORKFLOW Remote Marketing Lead Strategy → Campaign Concept → Content Idea → Script → Recording Instructions In-Office Team Attorney and Staff Recording → Raw Video → Photos → Physical Content Remote Marketing Lead Review → Select → Edit → Brand → Caption → Optimize → Quality Control → Publish → Promote → Measure You will own the process from idea to finished campaign. CONTENT AND VIDEO OWNERSHIP A major component of this position will involve professional video and content production. You will: Develop video concepts. Write scripts for attorneys and team members. Provide clear recording instructions to the in-office team. Determine camera angles, framing, length, format, messaging, and presentation requirements. Review raw recordings. Identify the strongest takes and segments. Edit videos professionally. Create branded templates. Add captions, graphics, transitions, calls to action, and other elements. Repurpose long-form content into short-form content. Prepare platform-specific versions for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels. Maintain consistency across the firm's digital brand. Organize and manage the content pipeline. Ensure completed material is ready for professional publication. You should be comfortable receiving raw footage from an attorney or team member and transforming it into polished, professional, high-level marketing content. EXTREME ATTENTION TO DETAIL We are looking for someone with an unusually strong eye for detail. When reviewing a video, we expect you to notice things others may overlook: Poor cuts Awkward pauses Audio inconsistencies Incorrect captions Spelling or grammatical errors Poor framing Distracting backgrounds Branding inconsistencies Timing issues Weak hooks Unnecessary seconds of footage Poor transitions Incorrect information Weak calls to action Content that simply does not look professional Every second matters. We are not interested in producing content simply because the content calendar says something needs to be posted. We would rather publish less content at an exceptional standard than continuously publish mediocre material. The expectation is quality, consistency, professionalism, and attention to detail. THIS IS BIGGER THAN SOCIAL MEDIA Posting content is only one component of this position. We are looking for someone capable of developing and executing: Digital marketing campaigns Social media campaigns Video campaigns Lead-generation campaigns Google Ads Meta advertising Local Houston marketing strategies SEO and local search initiatives Website and landing-page strategies Community-awareness campaigns Brand-development projects Content calendars Attorney branding Educational campaigns Marketing experiments and A/B testing Lead attribution and campaign measurement The goal is not simply: Get more followers. The goal is: Greater Houston Exposure → Qualified Leads → Consultations → New Clients → Revenue WE NEED AN EXECUTOR, NOT SOMEONE WAITING FOR INSTRUCTIONS This distinction is extremely important. We are not looking for someone management needs to teach how to do the job. We are looking for someone who can independently say: "Here's what I see. Here's what we should change. Here's the campaign I recommend. Here's what I need from the office. Here's how we're going to execute it. And here's how we're going to measure whether it worked." You will have access to management and an in-office team member to support execution. But you are expected to own your function. IDEAL BACKGROUND Strong candidates will have: 5+ years of advanced, hands-on marketing experience preferred. Extensive experience marketing to U.S. consumers. Previous U.S. law firm marketing experience strongly preferred. Immigration law firm experience highly preferred. Experience working with established or high-volume professional organizations. Proven campaign-development experience. Advanced social media knowledge. Strong video editing and production experience. Scriptwriting experience. Paid advertising experience. Google Ads and Meta experience. SEO and local search knowledge. Lead-generation experience. Strong understanding of marketing analytics and KPIs. Experience measuring CPL, CAC, conversions, and ROI. Excellent English communication. Excellent written communication. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently without constant supervision. PROVEN RESULTS REQUIRED We are interested in what you have actually accomplished, not simply the platforms you have used. Be prepared to demonstrate previous results through anonymized examples such as: Campaigns you personally launched. Professional videos you produced. Social media accounts you helped grow. Advertising performance. Lead-generation results. Cost-per-lead improvements. Website or traffic growth. Consultation generation. Client acquisition. Marketing ROI. Before-and-after performance. Portfolios, anonymized dashboards, campaign screenshots, video examples, reports, or case studies are strongly encouraged. APPLICATION QUESTIONS 1. What U.S. law firms or professional-service companies have you marketed? 2. Have you marketed a U.S. immigration law firm? Describe your experience. 3. Show us 2–3 professional videos or campaigns that you personally developed or substantially managed. What exactly did you do? 4. Describe a campaign you built from concept through execution. What were the measurable results? 5. If an attorney sends you 20 minutes of raw footage, explain how you would turn it into a professional multi-platform campaign. 6. What instructions would you provide to an in-office employee before recording an attorney? 7. What are the most common mistakes you see law firms making with social media and video marketing? 8. How do you measure whether marketing is actually producing business rather than simply engagement? 9. If your objective were to significantly increase an immigration law firm's visibility throughout Houston, what would your first 30 days look like? 10. Provide examples demonstrating your previous marketing results. SCHEDULE AND BENEFITS Full-Time 100% Work From Home Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time Eligible team members receive: 5 PTO Days after 90 days 3 Sick Days 3 Personal Days Quarterly professional development and training opportunities Long-term professional growth opportunities WHO WE WANT We want someone who is: Strategic enough to build the campaign. Creative enough to develop the concept. Technical enough to produce the content. Detailed enough to perfect it. Analytical enough to measure it. Experienced enough to lead it. Independent enough to own it. If you need someone to tell you what to do every day, this will not be the right position. If you're accustomed to being the person others approach and ask: "What should we do next?" We want to hear from you.
