Senior Marketing Strategist for Resort

We need a senior marketing strategist and growth consultant to develop a complete commercial and marketing strategy for Al Mohra Resort in Jordan. The work should include market positioning, customer segmentation, competitor analysis, value propositions, pricing and membership strategy, and a practical customer acquisition system that drives visits, restaurant and café sales, equestrian academy bookings, memberships, events, and hotel/chalet bookings. We are looking for someone with proven experience in hospitality, luxury lifestyle, resorts, equestrian businesses, or destination-based businesses, preferably with experience in the Middle East. The consultant should be commercially focused and able to turn research into an actionable strategy, marketing funnel, sales process, KPIs, and implementation roadmap.
