Small Pet Select is a premium eCommerce brand serving passionate pet parents across North America. We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer who can help scale customer acquisition profitably across Meta and Google Ads. This is not a role for someone who simply launches campaigns and reports metrics. We're looking for a strategic thinker who understands the entire customer acquisition journey, from ad creative and copywriting to audience targeting, campaign optimization, landing page insights, and performance analysis. Experience managing both Meta and Google Ads is required. Experience with YouTube advertising is a strong plus. What You'll Be Responsible For Meta Advertising Campaign strategy and management Prospecting and retargeting campaigns Creative testing frameworks Audience development and optimization Performance monitoring and reporting Scaling winning campaigns while maintaining profitability Google Advertising Performance Max Search campaigns Shopping campaigns Retargeting Feed optimization recommendations Budget allocation and scaling Creative & Copy Direction Write and test advertising copy Develop creative testing hypotheses Brief designers and video editors Recommend new ad concepts based on performance data Analyze winning creative patterns Analytics & Reporting Weekly performance reporting CAC, MER, ROAS, AOV, LTV analysis Identify growth opportunities Make strategic recommendations based on data Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who has: Required Experience 5+ years managing Meta Ads 5+ years managing Google Ads Proven experience scaling eCommerce brands Strong understanding of attribution challenges Experience managing monthly budgets of $20,000+ (larger budgets preferred) Experience with creative testing systems Strong advertising copywriting skills Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations Preferred Experience YouTube advertising DTC subscription brands Consumer packaged goods (CPG) Pet industry experience Klaviyo/email marketing knowledge Landing page optimization experience What Success Looks Like The ideal partner will: Identify scalable acquisition opportunities Improve customer acquisition efficiency Develop winning creative concepts consistently Provide clear reporting and actionable insights Function as a strategic extension of our marketing team To Apply Please include: A brief introduction about yourself Your experience managing both Meta and Google Ads Monthly ad spend you've managed 2-3 eCommerce brands you've helped scale A recent case study including: Budget managed Goals Results achieved Timeframe Your experience with YouTube advertising Examples of ad copy you've written Examples of creative strategy or ad concepts you've developed Your hourly rate or preferred engagement structure
