Summary

Project Overview Structured is a full-service performance marketing agency specializing in scaling e-commerce and DTC brands through paid media. We're looking for a highly experienced, plug-and-play Media Buyer to join us on a temporary contract basis to manage paid media execution across a portfolio of e-commerce/DTC client accounts. This is not an entry-level or training role — we need someone who can jump in immediately, hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up, and take full ownership of campaign execution across multiple accounts simultaneously from day one. Scope of Work Manage day-to-day paid media buying across several e-commerce/DTC brand accounts Build, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google (required); additional experience with TikTok, Snapchat, and/or Pinterest a strong plus Own budget pacing and spend management across all assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with client goals Identify optimization opportunities, and execute changes independently based on performance data Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance at regular cadences (daily/weekly) Troubleshoot delivery and performance issues quickly and independently Communicate performance updates and recommendations clearly, whether working directly with internal team members or supporting client-facing reporting Requirements 4+ years of recent, hands-on media buying experience (required) in an agency environment (preferred) Proven experience managing paid media specifically for e-commerce/DTC brands Strong, demonstrable experience managing $100K+/month budgets across Meta and Google Experience simultaneously managing multiple client accounts at once Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight and ramping quickly on new accounts Strong analytical skills — comfortable pulling and interpreting data from ad platforms, Excel/Sheets, and BI or attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar) Excellent written communication skills; highly organized and responsive Available to start immediately Contract Details Type: Temporary/contract (project-based, with potential to extend) Duration: 4 to 8 weeks, estimated Hours: 20 to 30+ hours per week Start Date: Immediate To Apply Please include: Examples of e-commerce/DTC accounts you've managed and the budget scale involved A brief overview of your experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously A brief description of Meta platform trends you’ve seen in 2026 and the implications (For example: have you seen issues getting creative delivery?
