# Senior Meta Ads, Funnel & Customer Acquisition Strategist (Long-Term Growth Partner) ## About Us We are an established UAE and UK education company specialising in GCSE and A-Level tuition. Over the past 25+ years, we have built a premium tutoring business supported by a growing team of specialist tutors across Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics, Computer Science and Accounting. We are now entering the next stage of growth. Historically, Meta advertising has generated excellent results for us. We already have proven campaigns, existing funnels, established systems and a strong fulfilment team. Our objective is to build a scalable customer acquisition engine that supports expansion across multiple subjects and multiple international markets. This is **not** a project for someone who simply launches Facebook ads. We are looking for a strategic growth partner who understands the complete customer acquisition journey. --- # Current Position We currently have: • Existing Meta campaigns with several years of historical performance data. • A proven funnel that has generated high-quality leads. • A second funnel currently under development with greater automation. • Existing VSLs, landing pages and lead generation systems. • A team of tutors ready to fulfil additional student demand immediately. • Multiple new programmes ready for launch. • Research into competitor funnels, lead forms and customer journeys. The business has already demonstrated that Meta advertising works. The objective now is to build a scalable acquisition system that can be replicated across multiple subjects and countries. --- # Immediate Objectives The first priority is **not** rebuilding everything. The first priority is understanding what already works, identifying what needs improving, and generating additional qualified enquiries as quickly as possible. Initially we expect you to review: • Existing Meta account structure • Existing campaigns • Existing audiences • Existing funnels • Landing pages • Customer journey • Lead follow-up process • Conversion path • Existing automation Based on this review, we expect practical recommendations that balance **speed, revenue generation and long-term scalability**. --- # Scope of Work We are looking for someone capable of advising across the complete acquisition system rather than working within a single discipline. ## Meta Advertising • Campaign architecture • Campaign objectives • Audience strategy • Budget allocation • Scaling strategy • Retargeting • Creative testing • Lead quality optimisation --- ## Funnel Strategy • Landing page strategy • VSL strategy • Instant Lead Forms vs Landing Pages • Application forms • Conversion optimisation • Customer journey optimisation --- ## Automation • Email nurturing • WhatsApp automation • CRM workflows • Booking process • Lead nurturing systems --- ## Tracking & Analytics • Meta Pixel • Events • Attribution • Conversion tracking • Analytics • Reporting Where appropriate, we expect practical implementation rather than unnecessary complexity. --- # Strategic Input We Expect We expect you to advise on questions such as: • Which offers should use Lead Forms? • Which offers require a VSL funnel? • Which campaigns should go directly to WhatsApp? • Which subjects should launch first? • Which countries should launch first? • Which creatives should be developed? • Which audiences should be targeted? • How should campaigns be structured for long-term scaling? We are looking for strategic thinking—not simply campaign execution. --- # Competitor Analysis We have collected examples of successful funnels, lead forms, VSLs and customer journeys from leading education providers. During paid strategy sessions, we expect to review these together and discuss: • What works well • What should be avoided • Opportunities to improve • How we differentiate ourselves We value original thinking and commercial judgement rather than copying competitors. --- # Working Style We prefer collaborative working relationships. Initially we would like to begin with paid strategy sessions before implementation. We expect: • Strong communication • Honest recommendations • Attention to detail • Fast execution • Clear written explanations • Commercial thinking If there are multiple solutions, explain the advantages and disadvantages of each before implementation. --- # Long-Term Opportunity This is not a short-term engagement.
