Senior Meta Ads Growth Strategist & Auditor

We're looking for an experienced Meta advertising strategist to conduct a comprehensive audit of our Meta account and identify opportunities to improve performance, simplify our account structure, and build a more scalable paid social system. We currently work with an external agency and are exploring whether there's a better way to structure and scale our Meta advertising. This project will begin as a paid audit, with the potential to transition into an ongoing media buying and growth partnership for the right person or team. --- What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who thinks beyond campaign management. You should have experience building and scaling Meta accounts for growing consumer brands and be able to clearly explain: How to structure a clean, scalable Meta account When to consolidate versus separate campaigns How to systematically test and scale creative How to allocate budgets efficiently How to identify growth bottlenecks How to improve efficiency while continuing to scale How creative strategy and media buying should work together We're looking for someone who believes in building systems—not chasing the latest hacks or trends. Please note: We're speaking with several experienced Meta strategists and are looking for someone who can clearly articulate why they'd structure an account a certain way—not just what they would do. Phase 1: Paid Account Audit You'll review our Meta account and provide recommendations on: Overall account structure Campaign architecture Budget allocation Audience strategy Creative testing framework Creative scaling methodology Creative fatigue management Reporting and KPI framework Performance bottlenecks Short-, medium-, and long-term opportunities for improvement We'd like recommendations that are practical, prioritized, and backed by data—not generic best practices. Phase 2: Potential Ongoing Partnership If there's a strong fit, we'd love to continue working together to: Manage and scale our Meta account Build a disciplined creative testing system Collaborate with our creative team on ad strategy Develop a repeatable scaling framework Review performance and iterate on a weekly basis Help grow the business efficiently over the long term Ideal Experience We're especially interested in candidates who have experience with: Shopify DTC brands Beauty, skincare, wellness, pet, or premium consumer products Brands spending $50,000–$500,000+ per month on Meta Creative-first advertising strategies Scaling brands beyond $5M in annual revenue To Apply Please answer the following: Tell us about one Meta account you're most proud of scaling.
