We don’t just make pretty videos; we build content systems that generate revenue, trust, and growth for our clients. We sit at the intersection of premium production, social media strategy, and paid acquisition. The Role: We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer who doesn’t just push buttons in Ads Manager. We need a strategic operator who understands how to connect our high-end creative with the right audiences to drive measurable pipeline value. You will be managing multiple client accounts, optimizing budgets, and working directly with our creative team to iterate on winning concepts. If you blame the algorithm when things break, this isn’t for you. If you look at the data, diagnose the creative, adjust the offer, and fix the funnel, you belong here. Core Responsibilities: • Manage and scale Meta, TikTok, and Google ad campaigns across multiple client accounts. • Allocate and pace monthly budgets efficiently to hit target CPAs and ROAS. • Analyze performance data daily and execute optimizations (audience testing, creative testing, bid strategies). • Collaborate with the creative team to provide data-backed feedback on what hooks, angles, and formats are working. • Set up tracking, pixels, Conversions API (CAPI), and custom events accurately. • Build clear, actionable performance reports for client check-ins (we don't just send spreadsheets; we explain what the data means). • Diagnose funnel drop-offs (e.g., high CTR but low conversion rate) and recommend landing page or offer adjustments. You are a strong fit if: • You manage budgets like it’s your own money. • You understand that the creative is the targeting in modern ad platforms. • You can explain complex metrics to a client without confusing them. • You proactively flag issues before the client notices them. • You are highly organized and can juggle 5-10 accounts without dropping the ball.
