Senior Meta Ads Strategist (Long-Term) | CPA Education Company | 7+ Years Experience Required 🚨 Serious Applicants Only – Long-Term Opportunity We are one of the fastest-growing CPA Exam Prep companies in the United States, and Meta Ads have become one of our biggest growth channels. We're NOT looking for someone to simply launch ads. We're looking for a senior Meta Ads strategist who understands how to scale winning campaigns, analyze data, improve creatives, and maximize ROI. This is NOT a short-term 2-month contract. If we're a great fit, we're looking for someone to work with us for years, not months. What We're Looking For You must have: 7+ years of hands-on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads experience Proven experience scaling profitable ad campaigns Strong experience creating or directing high-converting ad creatives Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions Strong understanding of CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, frequency, creative fatigue, audience testing, and scaling strategies Excellent communication skills Fluent English Bonus (Highly Preferred): Experience with Go High Level (GHL) Experience building or optimizing landing pages Experience working with sales funnels and CRM pipelines Experience in education, coaching, online courses, or lead generation Current Situation I already have someone managing my Meta Ads. However, I need someone more strategic. I'm looking for someone who can answer questions like: Should we continue running our winning ads or create new creatives? How often should creatives be refreshed? How do we know when an ad has reached creative fatigue? What budget should we be spending each month? When should we increase budgets versus duplicate campaigns? What metrics actually matter? What should we test next? In other words... I don't need someone who simply "pushes buttons." I need someone who understands how to scale a business through Meta Ads. What You'll Do Review our existing Meta campaigns Audit performance and identify opportunities Recommend new creatives Work alongside our current ads manager Help determine monthly ad budgets Improve conversion rates Optimize audiences Analyze reporting and explain what the numbers actually mean Recommend testing strategies Help us scale profitably Over time, as our current contractor's agreement comes to an end, there is a strong possibility you will take over managing the entire account. Important We are ONLY running Meta Ads. We are NOT looking for: Google Ads LinkedIn Ads Bing Ads TikTok Ads Our Meta campaigns are already producing results, and we want to double down on what's working. Budget Our advertising budget is flexible. If you can demonstrate that increasing spend will produce profitable growth, we're happy to invest aggressively. We're looking for someone who thinks like a business owner—not just an ads manager. To Apply Please include: How many years have you managed Meta Ads?
