# Senior Microsoft 365 & Excel Developer – Multi-Business Financial Management System ## Project Overview I am looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 and Excel developer to design and build a professional financial management and reporting system for my hospitality businesses. I currently own multiple businesses, including three restaurants and one motel, with plans to continue acquiring additional hospitality businesses in the future. I require a scalable solution that allows each business manager to manage only their own business while providing me with a consolidated executive dashboard across the entire group. This is intended to be a long-term business management system—not simply an Excel spreadsheet. --- ## Current Businesses The initial system will include: * Restaurant 1 * Restaurant 2 * Restaurant 3 * Motel The solution must be designed so additional businesses can be added easily without rebuilding the system. --- ## User Access & Security A key requirement is controlled user access. Data should only be entered once, with all reports, Profit & Loss statements, dashboards and KPIs updating automatically. The solution should be reliable, easy for non-technical staff to use, and designed for long-term growth. --- ## Future Expansion I intend to continue purchasing hospitality businesses, including restaurants, cafés and motels. The system should be designed so new businesses can be added with minimal effort while automatically integrating into the master dashboard.
