Senior Microsoft 365 Solution Architect for AI Operations Platform

We are Aero-Dienst America Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Aero-Dienst GmbH, a German business aviation company supporting customers worldwide with aircraft spare parts, procurement, maintenance coordination, and operational support. As our U.S. operation continues to grow, we are investing in the development of AeroHub, an internal Microsoft 365-based operations platform that will become the foundation for our future business processes. This is a strategic project and the beginning of a long-term digital transformation initiative. About the Project AeroHub is not a standard CRM. It is an operations platform that will centralize customer management, supplier management, RFQ processing, purchasing, sales quotations, reporting, finance integrations, and future AI capabilities. The MVP focuses on replacing spreadsheets and manual processes with a scalable Microsoft 365 solution that integrates with our existing business systems. We have already invested significant effort in documenting business processes, requirements, architecture, and technical concepts. We are now looking for an experienced technical partner to review, validate, and implement the solution. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who can think beyond development. The ideal candidate is a Senior Microsoft 365 Solution Architect and Lead Developer with experience designing business applications rather than simply implementing predefined requirements. You should feel comfortable challenging assumptions, recommending improvements, and helping us build a solution that remains maintainable and scalable as our company grows. However, we are open to well-reasoned recommendations if you believe another approach would provide a better long-term solution.
