We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience to join our team for enterprise CRM implementation and support projects. Mandatory Requirements 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Dynamics CRM Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service (Mandatory) Experience with Case Management, SLA, Queues, Routing Rules, Entitlements, Knowledge Base, and Omnichannel Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) Experience developing plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and C# Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external applications using REST APIs and Azure services Experience with Solution Management, Security Roles, Business Rules, and Business Process Flows Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and best practices Responsibilities Gather business requirements and design scalable Dynamics 365 CE solutions. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service. Develop custom components, plugins, workflows, and integrations. Implement and support Omnichannel, Knowledge Management, and Customer Service processes. Perform troubleshooting, bug fixing, and production support. Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders. Participate in solution design, code reviews, and deployment activities. Preferred Skills Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Power BI Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD Microsoft certifications (MB-230, PL-400, PL-200) are a plus What We're Looking For Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience working with international clients is preferred Application Instructions When applying, please include: Total years of Dynamics 365 CE experience.
