Senior Motion & Performance Ad Designer for E-commerce (Meta & TikTok)

Summary: We are an established E-commerce brand looking for an experienced Performance Motion Designer to produce high-converting video ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. We already have a strong brand identity and a vast library of product footage and UGC assets. Your main goal is to transform these raw assets into dynamic, visually striking motion ads that drive clicks and sales. Key Responsibilities: Produce 5–8 high-converting motion ad creatives per week (9:16 and 1:1 formats). Edit fast-paced UGC video clips, kinetic typography, and product feature callouts. Develop engaging visual hooks for the first 3 seconds to maximize hook-rate and retention. Adapt creatives for Meta and TikTok safe zones, ensuring pixel-perfect execution. Build scalable Canva/Figma templates for quick iteration based on performance data. Requirements: Proven experience in E-commerce performance creative design (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). Mastery of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma (Canva proficiency is a plus). Deep understanding of visual storytelling, DTC advertising hooks, and CTA placement.
