Senior .NET Developer Needed for Application Performance Optimization & CI/CD Setup

We are looking for an experienced .NET developer to improve the performance of our existing web application and implement a basic CI/CD pipeline in Azure DevOps. The application is currently experiencing slow page load times and deployments are being handled manually. We need someone who can quickly identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and automate our deployment process.
