Senior .NET / React Modernization Engineer (Cursor AI, Legacy ASP.NET, SQL Server)

We are looking for a Senior AI-Native Full Stack Developer who can quickly understand complex business systems, work within an existing production environment, and help build the next generation of our platform. This is not a greenfield startup application. This is a mission-critical enterprise platform supporting thousands of employees, supervisors, managers, clients, and operational workflows every day. The ideal candidate is an experienced engineer who actively uses AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Windsurf as part of their daily workflow. We are specifically seeking developers who can use AI to dramatically increase productivity without sacrificing quality, security, maintainability, or architectural integrity. AI-Native Development Requirement (MANDATORY) Our development team is intentionally embracing AI-assisted software engineering.
