Senior Next.js and AWS Architect for Institutional Virtual Data Room (VDR)

Nexus City Global is a large-scale masterplanned infrastructure project. We are seeking an Expert Full-Stack Web Developer (Next.js / Vercel / AWS) to build our highly secure, private Virtual Data Room (VDR) and institutional gateway. CORE REQUIREMENTS: - Frontend: Next.js with deployment on Vercel. - Backend / Storage: AWS S3 integration. - High Security: You must configure AWS Pre-signed URLs with short expiration times to block unauthorized document downloads. - Custom State Controller: An admin dashboard with a 1-click "Lockdown Mode" (to instantly take the project offline). - Access Barrier: Digital NDA gatekeeper integrated before any assets are shown.
