Senior Nokia LTE RAN Engineer AirScale eNodeB Commissioning Specialist First Stage Cooperation

We are looking for a highly experienced LTE RAN engineer with strong Nokia AirScale background to support live network eNodeB commissioning. The project involves full manual provisioning using Nokia Web Element Manager (no SCF/XML import), integrating a new eNodeB with an existing MME/Core via NCF, and bringing RRU and RF components into service. The engineer will be responsible for building and validating LTE network objects (LNBTS, LNCEL, LNMME), configuring S1-MME and S1-U interfaces, and ensuring end-to-end connectivity and successful network registration. This is a live environment, so prior hands-on experience with Nokia AirScale deployments is essential. We are seeking a suitable candidate for a long-term network project and intend to recruit the right person, capable of handling future telecommunications-related challenges, based on the results of a paid test assignment. As the work is scheduled to begin next Monday, we aim to finalize the selection process today. The task must be completed within 10 hours, and the hourly rate is 40 for this test project. We are looking for a long-term partner, so the selection process will be rigorous, and this test phase serves as a crucial step in the decision-making process.
