Senior Operations & Client Success Manager | CEO Right-Hand Job Description: We are looking for a highly proactive, commercially minded **Senior Operations & Client Success Manager** to join our company on an initial **3-month pilot period**, with the potential to extend into a longer-term role if it works well for both sides. This is a **high-paced, hands-on leadership role** where you will become the **right-hand person to the CEO** and help manage the day-to-day operations of the company. We need someone who can take ownership, lead from the front, manage clients, coordinate the team, assign tasks, chase actions, improve processes, and make sure everything is running properly without needing constant supervision. This is not a passive admin role. We are not looking for someone who waits to be told what to do. We need someone who can spot problems, communicate clearly, take initiative, keep people accountable, and help remove the CEO from day-to-day operational firefighting. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage client communication and regular updates * Support client onboarding and setup * Coordinate delivery between clients and the internal team * Assign tasks to team members and make sure they are completed * Follow up with the team and keep people accountable * Motivate the team and keep operations moving * Complete your own operational and client success tasks * Improve internal processes, workflows, and SOPs * Monitor client satisfaction and help improve retention * Spot problems before they become bigger issues * Keep the CEO updated without needing constant chasing * Help ensure the company runs smoothly day to day **Important Expectations:** This is a busy, high-paced role with a lot to manage each day. You must be fully available and focused during your agreed working hours. This role is not suitable for someone trying to fit it around another full-time role or several other commitments during the same hours. Work output, communication, response times, task completion, leadership, and overall performance will be monitored closely during the pilot period. We need someone who is reliable, highly organised, proactive, fast-moving, and confident enough to take ownership without constant supervision. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday Preferred hours: **11:00am–8:00pm UK time**, with a 1-hour break Alternative option: **11:00am–7:00pm UK time** These hours are important because we support both UK and US-based clients. **Pay Package:** Initial 3-month pilot package: **$2500 USD per month** The package will be reviewed based on performance, reliability, leadership, workload handled, communication, and the clear value added to the business. If the pilot goes well, we are open to reviewing the package and discussing a longer-term arrangement. **Required Skills & Experience:** * Strong experience in operations, client success, account management, agency operations, project management, or executive support * Must speak fluent English with excellent written communication * Must be fluent and confident speaking with either a British or American English standard * Confident speaking with clients and internal team members * Strong organisational and follow-up skills * Ability to manage multiple clients, tasks, and team members at once * Commercially aware and able to think beyond basic task completion * Able to lead, motivate, and hold people accountable * Comfortable working in a fast-paced service-based business * Able to work independently without constant direction **Best Fit For Someone Who Has Experience In:** * Client Success Management * Operations Management * Agency Operations * Account Management * Project Management * Executive Assistant / CEO Right-Hand roles * SaaS, marketing agencies, recruitment, B2B services, or fast-moving startups **To Apply:** Please include: 1.
