Senior Operations Manager (Remote)

We are a growing Cybersecurity Training Institute seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize our day-to-day operations. This role is for a systems thinker and executor who can bring structure, accountability, and operational excellence across multiple functions. You will work closely with leadership to ensure smooth program delivery, strong team performance, and an exceptional student experience. Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $1,000 - $5,000/month What You'll Do Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient execution across departments Coordinate Marketing, Sales, Program Delivery, Student Success, and Technical teams Build and improve operational systems, workflows, and processes Develop and maintain SOPs and operational documentation Track KPIs and provide performance insights to leadership Drive process automation and operational efficiency Support team performance, accountability, and continuous improvement Ensure a seamless student journey from enrollment to completion Contribute to strategic planning and organizational growth What We're Looking For Proven experience managing operations in a fast-paced organization Strong project management and process improvement skills Experience building scalable systems and workflows Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred Experience EdTech, cybersecurity, technology, consulting, or professional training environments Process automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) CRM, project management, and reporting platforms Managing distributed or remote teams To Apply Please submit: A 2–3 minute video explaining how you would improve operations in a growing training organization A brief summary of your operations management experience Examples of processes, systems, or teams you've managed The largest operation or team you've overseen Applications without a video submission will not be considered.
