A page can hold position #1 and still lose most of its clicks to the AI answer sitting above it. We want a senior operator who already works in this reality: SEO to stay eligible, AEO to be extractable, GEO to be citeable. We teach physicians; we don't treat patients. Our content runs in Spanish (primary), English, and Portuguese — across international congresses, physician-exclusive certifications, and online certifications. The work — measured against certification enrollments and qualified physician leads, not traffic for its own sake: Diagnose post-May-2026 volatility in GSC — separate layout loss (position stable, clicks down) from ranking loss (positions + impressions down) — and prioritize fixes without panic-changing mid-rollout. Rebuild priority pages answer-first: direct answers in the first 150 words, question-mapped H2/H3, extractable tables, FAQs, and a full schema/entity program. Track AI citation share-of-voice vs. competitors across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI Overviews; stand up dual measurement (classic GSC/GA4 + AI visibility) in one dashboard. Technical SEO: Core Web Vitals, rendering, hreflang/international architecture, and an informed AI-crawler policy (robots.txt for GPTBot / OAI-SearchBot / ClaudeBot / PerplexityBot / Google-Extended; a position on llms.txt). Turn our credentialed physician faculty into citeable, research-grounded assets — authored, medically reviewed, E-E-A-T-grade — for YMYL-adjacent topics. Off-site authority: earned mentions in medical/industry publications and communities that feed AI answers. Work under our Head of Web Development, coordinating with the paid-media and social teams. This is for you if you treat AEO/GEO as the evolution of rigorous SEO (not a replacement), you're comfortable operating with imperfect AI-search data, and you can show a real before/after diagnosis from the 2024–2026 update cycle. This is not the role if your playbook is keyword volume + backlinks, you produce AI content at volume without QA, or you promise guaranteed rankings or guaranteed AI placements.
