Senior Packaging Designer Wanted

We're a fast-growing DTC pet supplement brand looking for a senior packaging designer to give our product line a completely fresh visual identity. This isn't a tweak-the-template job. We want someone to rethink how our packaging looks, feels, and stands out on the shelf and in unboxing moments. What we're looking for You're a designer with genuine imagination who doesn't wait to be told what to do. You bring ideas to the table unprompted concepts, illustrations, layouts, and directions we hadn't even thought to ask for. You see packaging as storytelling, not just a label with a logo slapped on it. The role - Develop a brand-new look and feel for our packaging across multiple SKUs - Create original illustrations and design concepts that bring personality to the product - Pitch your own creative directions rather than waiting for a brief to fill in - Deliver print-ready files that work for real-world manufacturing You should have - A strong portfolio of previous packaging and/or brand design work (please include this in your application — applications without one will not be reviewed) - Senior-level experience taking projects from concept to production-ready - A point of view, and the confidence to push creative ideas - Bonus: experience in consumer products, supplements, pet, or wellness categories To apply Send us your portfolio along with a short note on what excites you about reimagining packaging for a brand like ours.
