About us Aleph Beta (alephbeta.org) is a nonprofit media company producing premium Torah study videos and podcasts. We run on a subscription model (monthly/annual memberships) plus donations. Think "Masterclass meets Jewish learning" — high production value, a passionate niche audience, and a real content library moat. What we need We have strong content and a warm audience but under-invested acquisition. We're looking for a senior growth partner to own the full paid funnel: 1. Paid ads — Meta primarily, Google secondary. Strategy, creative direction, media buying, tracking (Pixel/CAPI, GA4). We're a 501(c)(3), so experience activating the Google Ad Grant is a plus. 2. Landing pages — Design and build dedicated landing pages for campaigns (we currently send too much traffic to generic site pages). 3. CRO — Own the visitor → free trial → paid subscriber funnel. Analytics review, A/B testing, checkout/signup flow optimization. What success looks like Lower cost per paid subscriber and a repeatable, scaling acquisition system — not impressions or traffic. You'll work directly with leadership, with fast decision cycles and creative resources (video library, editors) at your disposal. You're a fit if you have - 5+ years running paid acquisition for subscription or membership products (education, media, SaaS, or content businesses — not just e-commerce/DTC) - Shipped landing pages yourself or with a tight team (Webflow/Unbounce/custom) - A documented CRO process: research → hypothesis → test → iterate - Comfort being measured on CAC and subscriber growth To apply, answer these (short answers fine): 1.
