Summary

We're looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to help plan, execute, and optimize high-performing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands full-funnel performance marketing, has experience managing significant ad budgets, and can develop scalable acquisition strategies that drive measurable business growth. Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and paid social campaigns Build full-funnel acquisition strategies for eCommerce and lead generation businesses Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, and creatives Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop high-converting ad creatives Implement and troubleshoot tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CAPI, and other attribution tools Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable performance reports Continuously test new audiences, creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures to improve ROAS and CPA Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns Strong expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads Experience managing campaigns on TikTok Ads is highly preferred Proven success scaling eCommerce and/or lead generation campaigns Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking Excellent communication skills and fluent English Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize competing projects Nice to Have Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $50K+ Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) Familiarity with server-side tracking, Conversion APIs, and advanced attribution Agency or multi-client experience We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, stays current with platform updates, and is passionate about delivering measurable results through performance marketing.
