Senior Paid Media Tracking & Conversion Developer (Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest)

We're looking for a senior tracking specialist who lives and breathes conversion data. If you can look at a pixel that "should be firing" and know within minutes why it isn't, we want to talk to you. We run paid media across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads, and we need every tracking and conversion event to fire cleanly, accurately, and consistently. Bad data leads to bad decisions and wasted spend, so this role is mission-critical. Your job is to make sure our numbers can be trusted. What You'll Do Audit, implement, and maintain tracking and conversion events across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads Diagnose and fix events that are firing incorrectly, double-firing, or not firing at all Set up and validate server-side and client-side tracking (GTM / server-side GTM, data layer, GA4) Implement and troubleshoot Conversions API / Events API integrations for Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, plus Enhanced Conversions for Google Verify event accuracy end to end using tools like Tag Assistant, Meta Events Manager, Pixel Helper, and browser dev tools Document your setup clearly so the whole team understands what's tracked and how Flag discrepancies between platform-reported conversions and actual results, and recommend fixes What We're Looking For: 5-10+ years of hands-on experience in paid media tracking and conversion measurement Deep, proven expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads tracking (not just running the ads — building and fixing the tracking behind them) Strong command of Google Tag Manager (including server-side), GA4, and data layer implementation Real experience with Conversions API / server-side event tracking, not just theory The ability to work independently, hit deadlines, and communicate clearly and professionally A sharp, methodical troubleshooting mindset - you don't guess, you verify Nice to have: experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify a strong plus), consent- mode/privacy compliance, and attribution modeling.
