Summary

Do you live and breathe Meta advertising, and want to take full ownership of client accounts, from strategy through to results, while also helping lead the team behind them? LeadChoice specialises in performance marketing through Meta and Google Ads, helping clients generate consistent, high-quality results. We're scaling quickly, and we're looking for a senior Meta Ads Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, leading the strategy, the creative direction and the results, while being the face of LeadChoice to those clients. Alongside this, you'll act as a senior point of reference for the wider Paid Social team, supporting our Operations Manager with the day-to-day running of the team. This is a senior, client-facing account management role with a team leadership element, not an operations role. You'll take full accountability for the performance of your accounts, shape the concepts and offers behind every campaign, brief our designers to bring them to life, and make sure the data and tracking behind every account is watertight. You'll also support and guide other members of the Paid Social team, helping to raise the standard of work across the board and acting as a trusted second-in-command to the Operations Manager. The Position We're Looking to Fill As a Senior Meta Ads Account Manager, you'll own your client accounts end to end: strategy, creative direction, communication and results. You'll turn client goals into strong campaign concepts, brief the design team, keep tracking and data clean, and build the long-term relationships that keep clients with us for years, not months. Alongside your own accounts, you'll support the Operations Manager by helping to guide, mentor and quality-check the work of other team members, acting as a go-to for strategy and best practice questions. We're looking for someone senior who can step in, take ownership immediately, and set the standard for others, working to our established processes while helping us refine them as we scale. This is a role to build a career in, not a stopgap. Your Main Responsibilities Account Management & Client Relationships Own a portfolio of Meta Ads accounts as a senior point of contact Build strong, trusted, long-term relationships with clients Lead clear communication, reporting and regular performance updates Manage expectations proactively and reduce reactive issues before they arise Drive retention through consistent delivery, results and strategic input Team Leadership & Operations Support Act as a senior point of reference for the wider Paid Social team, supporting the Operations Manager with day-to-day team needs Mentor and support other team members, helping them develop their strategy, creative and reporting skills Review and quality-check work across the team to help maintain a consistently high standard Share best practice and help refine internal processes as the team and agency grow Be a first port of call for team members needing guidance, escalating to the Operations Manager where needed Meta Ads Strategy & Performance Set and own the strategy and direction for each account Drive performance against the metrics that matter, from cost per lead and lead quality through to return on ad spend Monitor accounts closely and iterate continually to keep them ahead of target Make confident, data-led decisions about what to test next, backed by clear reasoning Concept Creation & Creative Direction Develop strong campaign concepts and angles that capture attention and convert Create and refine compelling offers that drive results Brief designers clearly and oversee creative through to delivery Maintain a consistently high creative standard across your accounts Data, Tracking & Landing Pages Work confidently with the Meta Pixel, conversion events, data sets and audiences, understanding and using the data rather than simply implementing it Make sure tracking is set up so data aligns across the funnel and reporting is accurate Use landing pages effectively to support conversion Spot where the data doesn't add up and get it corrected quickly The Right Person for the Role Minimum 5 years' experience managing Meta Ads within an agency Proven track record of owning accounts and delivering results with minimal oversight Experience mentoring, supporting or informally leading other team members (formal line management not required, but strong influence and guidance skills are) Ready to step in and take real ownership from day one, both with clients and within the team Comfortable working to established processes and confident enough to help improve them Genuinely looking to grow with, and commit to, a business for the long term, not a stepping stone Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable managing senior client stakeholders A sharp creative thinker who can turn an idea into a clear, confident brief for designers Confident with pixels and data sets, landing pages, offer creation, and making sure tracking and data line up Highly organised, with a high level of ownership and accountability Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and able to bring structure to it The Perks of Working at LeadChoice A senior, client-facing role with real ownership and team influence inside a fast-growing agency Direct involvement in shaping campaigns, client outcomes and team standards Consultancy and coaching budgets Remote working Experience: Paid Social: 5 years (required) Agency: 5 years (required) Team mentoring/leadership: desirable Language: English (required) Location/Timezone: United Kingdom (Ideally)
