Senior Pattern Maker / Garment Technologist

Senior Pattern Maker & Product Developer (Luxury Womenswear) We are looking for an experienced Senior Pattern Maker to support the development of a luxury modular womenswear brand. Responsibilities: Create patterns from sketches and design concepts. Develop production-ready patterns and size grading. Solve technical construction challenges for modular and convertible garments. Lead fitting corrections and pattern adjustments. Prepare technical documentation and sewing instructions. Ensure excellent fit, comfort, and luxury-quality finishing. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in luxury womenswear pattern making. Strong knowledge of garment construction, tailoring, and fit. Experience with CLO3D, Gerber, Lectra, or similar CAD software. Ability to create complex garments with detachable or interchangeable elements. Experience working with factories and sample development. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have: Experience with modular or convertible fashion. Knowledge of 3D-printed accessories and innovative garment construction. Luxury fashion or couture background. Language: English required; Ukrainian or Russian is a plus.
