About Us We are a founder-led, mid 7-figure direct-to-consumer fitness equipment company that designs premium, innovative strength equipment for home gyms and serious lifters. Our products are engineered for performance, backed by an engaged customer community, and supported by a large library of content and creative assets. We have strong product-market fit and believe there is significant opportunity to improve our marketing strategy and scale the business. We're looking for a long-term growth partner—not someone who simply manages ad campaigns. What We're Looking For We are replacing our current marketing partner and are looking for someone who can take ownership of our paid acquisition strategy across: • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) • Google Ads • YouTube Ads • TikTok Ads • Other paid acquisition channels where appropriate This is not just an ad management role. We want someone who can evaluate our entire marketing operation, identify missed opportunities, and develop a strategy that increases profitable sales. We're looking for someone who thinks like a Director of Growth. Responsibilities • Manage and optimize paid advertising across multiple platforms • Develop creative strategy and identify winning messaging • Build structured testing systems instead of making random optimizations • Direct new ad creative, scripts, and content ideas • Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency • Improve customer acquisition while protecting profitability • Identify new growth opportunities beyond simply increasing ad spend • Advise on landing pages, offers, conversion optimization, and funnels • Continuously analyze performance and improve the overall marketing strategy What Success Looks Like We're not looking for someone who only focuses on ROAS. While ROAS matters, our primary objective is increasing profitable revenue and growing the business. You should understand metrics such as: • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) • Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) • Contribution Margin • MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio) • Average Order Value (AOV) • Conversion Rate • Creative Testing Velocity Pitch Us We don't want another generic proposal. We want to understand how you think. Instead of telling us what services you offer, tell us how you would approach growing a successful 7-figure ecommerce business. Please answer the following: If you joined a successful ecommerce brand tomorrow, what would your first 90 days look like? What areas do you evaluate first when determining why a brand has plateaued? What are the biggest mistakes you see ecommerce brands making with paid advertising today? How do you balance aggressive growth while maintaining profitability? Which marketing channels or strategies do you believe are currently underutilized for premium ecommerce brands? If you were hired, what would your overall plan of attack be to increase total business revenue—not just improve ROAS? We know you won't have access to our data, and we're not looking for free consulting. We simply want to understand your thought process and how you approach solving growth challenges. Ideal Experience We're looking for someone who has: • Managed six-figure monthly advertising budgets • Helped scale one or more 7- or 8-figure ecommerce brands • Extensive experience with Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube advertising • Strong creative strategy experience • Experience directing or producing high-performing ad creatives • A data-driven approach backed by measurable business results Experience in the fitness industry is a plus, but not required.
