Senior Power Platform + Azure OpenAI contractor

Hi, I’m looking for a senior contractor to help us build an 8–12 week AI Service/O&M Copilot MVP. We are an EV charging and energy infrastructure company. The MVP should process support emails or service tickets, summarize the issue, classify the problem type, assign severity, retrieve answers from FAQ / error code / known issue documents and other external tools, draft a customer response, apply escalation logic, and log results back to SharePoint, Power BI, or eventually Salesforce. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in: * Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or similar workflow automation * Azure OpenAI or OpenAI API * RAG / knowledge retrieval * SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 integration * REST API integration * Support ticket or service operations automation * Enterprise data security and compliance Preference is for a senior India, Canada or US based contractor with prior US enterprise project experience. We need someone who can build a working MVP, not just advise. The first phase will use masked or synthetic data only. No direct access to production customer data unless approved by our IT/security team.
